We’ve just had all our legals – Wills, POA and Medical Treatment Decision Maker – updated with advice from Banhi Banerjee, who was excellent. Her past experience having been a litigator, enables her to provide sound advice on how best to set these documents up to minimise any potential disputes etc., but achieve your goals. We could not recommend her highly enough.

To Littlejohn Legal located in Dingley. On behalf of my wife and I, we would like to thankyou for all that you have done to assist us with the full execution of my mother’s will.
Our gratitude especially goes to Debbie (Practice Manager) -and- Jeeva (Lawyer).
Although we were both Executors of my mother’s will, the sheer complexity, magnitude and time involved meant that we could not have completed this on our own.
As for myself, especially in the early months, it was an emotional rollercoaster of feelings.
Knowing that you both were there to assist us, gave us a great sense of comfort and confidence. For this we are grateful.

I recently had my Will & a Trust drawn up by Bonhi at Littlejohn Legal and I was extremely happy with the service.

Dealing with lawyers, especially in the stressful situation is not always easy. I found David Littlejohn and his wonderful team are so easy to deal with. I had a million of questions (some might be really stupid) and he was patiently sitting with me and answering all of them one by one. No jargon, no fancy word juggling that would confuse me – just plain English, simple terms, clarity and assurance. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.

Just completed our final meeting with little John legal out at Dingley Village .This was to update and review my mum’s will.Me thinking this was going to be a quick dive into just a legal process. I came to realise that it was quite an emotional journey with many factors to consider. Bhoni guided us through the many scenarios that may arise, with her clarity and caring nature. You can ask her anything and she will give you an honest answer.
The whole team have been nothing but welcoming and thoughtful, sometimes we forget that a kind word or action is what we need. And Lea is a delight as , your first point of contact. Friendly and informative. They run a tight ship and they care about each other, which reflects positively on their business.Recommend 100% !

I requested a conversation with the AI chat bot and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back the very next day. I am about to be separated from my wife and needed some info and advice. Roman was excellent. Kind and empathetic to my situation. He offered great advice and was genuinely supportive. If I need legal assistance moving forward I will be requesting Roman for sure.

conducted her dealings with me. She was both courteous and considerate at all times.
I appreciated her honesty and openness when explaining aspects of the case to me.

I have been using Littlejohn/ Dingley for 30 years now and have been looked after every time, from a simple Conveyancing matter to a more recent title change that proved complex and potentially expensive. I struck a complicated hurdle preventing the completion of the sale of my house. All the advice I had received indicated I needed to seek a Supreme Court order which would be very expensive. Following a suggested alternative Anne H, a solicitor with Michael Benjamin & Associates prepared a number of documents and declarations and had that hurdle removed relatively quickly. I appreciate her dedication and determination. And the rest of the staff in the practice are just as amazing, always friendly, helpful and supportive.
